What is G-Flow?
G-Flow is an all-in-one solution for tradespeople and residential and commercial construction companies to manage their producer statements, warranties and guarantees. It allows businesses to issue producer statement, warranty, and guarantee certificates, track claims, callbacks, and more, while optimising handling time and compliance.
The Problem
Construction and trades businesses of all sizes have to comply with the Building Act Implied Warranty and producer statement requirements, but often the costs for attending to callbacks and warranty claims goes unmanaged, and the larger the businesses becomne and the more projects it delivers, the more complex producer statement, guarantee, and warranty management becomes, taking productive time off of their teams and costing them large sums of money, sometimes unnecessarily.
The Solution
G-Flow automates producer statement, warranty, and guarantee processes, from issuance to claims and callbacks, encompassing the process from start to finish. Through it, construction and trades businesses are able to track costs, hours, and log, approve, or decline claims, keep a trail of actions and communications related to each individual claim, calculate potential future liabilities resulting from the issued guarantees, as well as read through advanced analytics and reports.
